General Apep

Apep is part of an evil organization. He is one of many "super generals" that harness the power of egyptian gods, his being Apep or Apophis, the snake god of destruction. His real name is unknown. His abilities allow him to harness snake abilities and communicate with them.

One thing I would add back that I forgot, is the "frill" design on his trench coat continuing all the way down the ends.
